Pizza Bases

  • Regular

    Our standard pizza dough is based on a neopolitan style base. We use the finest Italian ‘Caputo’ flour to create a dough that is close to a true Neapolitan pizza!

    We use a minimum 12 hour fermentation and an 90 second bake to create a puffy crust and softer base.

  • *Gluten Free*

    Made using all gluten free ingredients, after many years of eating cardboard-like pizza we‘ve created a base that puffs like real pizza bases - not your regular GF pizza cardboard base!

    Sadly our gluten free bases aren't suitable for celiacs due to cross contamination in our very small boat.

Pizza Toppings

  • Funghi

    At least 3 different mushroom varieties, with lashings of truffle oil and parsley. Available with or without a tomato base

  • Pepperoni

    Always a firm favourite, a slightly spiced pepperoni is matched with our fior di latte cheese to create a pizza that will leave you wanting more.

  • Meatless meatball

    Massive balls! You can’t ignore our meatless balls are massive and perfectly flavoured and drowning in the fior di latte

  • Margarita

    Our flavoursome tomato sauce and lashings of fior di latte cheese is THE most common pizza in the world. Topped with fresh basil.

  • All the veg

    Tomatoes, Peppers, Sweetcorn, Onion, Mushrooms covered in our stretchy fior di latte cheese - get your five a day in!!

  • Classic Marinara

    Not to be confused with it’s fishy counterpart, this cheese-free pizza is simplicity. Tomato base, oregano and garlic with lashing of olive oil.

  • Nduja

    Spicy sausage! This soft vegan sausauge is fantastic for those who love it spicy - perhaps even pair it with chilli oil for a hot one!
