NGCI Pizzas and Products

💛 A quick note about our NGCI pizzas

Our NGCI pizzas are made using a specially selected gluten-free flour blend. This does include gluten-free WHEAT starch, which means they are suitable for people with a gluten intolerance, but not for anyone with a wheat allergy or wheat intolerance.

Because we work in a small, shared kitchen space, our pizzas are made in an environment where cross-contamination is possible. We take every step we can to minimise the risk — separate tools, careful cleaning, and clear handling processes — but we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Production
Our NGCI Towpath Take-Home pizzas are made on a Monday following a full deep clean of our kitchen to minimise the contamination, they are are then baked on mesh pizza trays in the pizza oven.

We use Caputo Gluten-Free Flour for our NGCI Pizzas, this fine Italian flour creates a fluffy pizza that almost matches the gluten containing alternative.

Contains: Gluten free wheat starch (meets the FDA requirements for Gluten Free products), dextrose, maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, psyllium seed fibre, guar, flavoring.
