Our mushroom lover’s dream. We load this beauty with at least three different mushroom varieties, each bringing their own rich, earthy flavour. Finished with a generous drizzle of truffle oil and a sprinkle of fresh parsley, it’s comforting, indulgent and totally moreish.
Choose it with a tomato base for a classic hit, or without for a creamy, garlic-style vibe. Either way… it’s a hug in pizza form.

NGCI or Gluten Free?
💛 A quick note about our NGCI pizzas
Our NGCI pizzas are made using a specially selected gluten-free flour blend. This does include gluten-free WHEAT starch, which means they are suitable for people with a gluten intolerance, but not for anyone with a wheat allergy or wheat intolerance.
Because we work in a small, shared kitchen space, our pizzas are made in an environment where cross-contamination is inevitable. We take every step we can to minimise the risk — separate tools, careful cleaning, and clear handling processes — but we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. The cross contamination also means that we are unable to cater safely for coeliacs.

Preheat your fan oven to 240°C and pop a baking tray in to heat up.
Carefully place your pizza on the hot tray and bake for 6–7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the base is hot and crisp.
These pizzas work equally as well in a pizza oven but adjust the cooking times accordingly.
How to store your pizzas
Your pizza arrives in chilled packaging. Please keep it refrigerated and enjoy within 5 days.
If you’d like to save it for later, it can be frozen on the day it arrives and kept for up to 3 months.
